Company Challenges: Chelsea Clock was using an outdated version of Magento, which hindered their ability to sell efficiently and create a modern aesthetic. This outdated platform limited updates and marketing efforts, ultimately affecting their overall performance and customer engagement.
Summary of Work: I vetted and led the migration of the Chelsea Clock website from Magento to Shopify, implementing a complete design upgrade. By enhancing product images and directing a lifestyle photography shoot, I improved the visual presentation. The streamlined design increased usability, resulting in higher traffic and purchases. Additionally, I provided ongoing support in marketing strategy and execution, email management, and design elements like banners and marketing collateral.

I partnered closely with the client to think through business strategy, positioning, and user experience before design and development began. From there, I led website optimization, ongoing launches, community management, design collateral, and built pages within a customizable app to support the membership program.

Company Challenges: Moon Signs Modern Calligraphy had incredible talent but no website or structured online presence. She needed a way to organize her services and showcase her work in a way that captured her artsy, fun personality while still appealing to weddings and other professional clients.
Summary of Work:
I partnered with the client to define her services, establish the website’s structure, and create a strategy for presenting her work online. Using her existing logo and a complementary color palette, I built a custom website from scratch by hand that highlights her artistry and past projects, while clearly communicating her offerings.
The design balances playful, creative elements with a polished presentation, creating a unique, visually engaging experience that appeals to her target audiences.
