Company Challenges: Chelsea Clock was using an outdated version of Magento, which hindered their ability to sell efficiently and create a modern aesthetic. This outdated platform limited updates and marketing efforts, ultimately affecting their overall performance and customer engagement.
Summary of Work: I vetted and led the migration of the Chelsea Clock website from Magento to Shopify, implementing a complete design upgrade. By enhancing product images and directing a lifestyle photography shoot, I improved the visual presentation. The streamlined design increased usability, resulting in higher traffic and purchases. Additionally, I provided ongoing support in marketing strategy and execution, email management, and design elements like banners and marketing collateral.
